Decided to look around for any upgrades for the JM Pro 930 on the gas system, as it’s a pain to clean and gets filthy fast. Didn’t want to buy the 940, a bit more than I wanted to spend right now.
SBE precision makes an upgrade, and supposed to work much better, and keeps it cleaner. Website was down, though, but they are on FB, so I messaged them. Got an answer immediately. They were having site problems, but were working on it, and yes, they were making the piston I was looking for. Steve at SBE messaged me again, to let me know the site was back up, and to try ordering. After a couple messages back and forth, was able to place an order, and let Steve know it worked, but got charged an extra shipping cost. Steve already refunded me that extra cost, and apologized, and thanked me for my patience.
Just wanted to say, how refreshing it was to be able to contact a business directly, and get immediate replies to everything I asked! I’m looking forward to the piston upgrade, and seeing how it will work.
Kind of wanted to give some praise to a company that seems to be truly invested in keeping the customer happy! Thought I’d share with the SF group in case others might be looking at upgrades for a mossberg 930.
