He is messing with real trouble.
There are other videos with his wife.
The VA Game Department would be on you big time if you did that in VA.

Maybe he owns a hot dog factory and those are blems. Big Grin

Reminds me of the time we were over at a friends place. She had an outdoor cat and we heard a noise at the cat's feeding station, looked out the glass patio door, and came face-to-face with the biggest damn racoon I'd ever seen chowing down on the cat food. It didn't even flinch when it saw a half dozen people looking at it. I told my friend she had the ugliest cat ever. We see the occasional racoon eyes glowing at night in the woods behind the house. They are usually pretty shy, but this guy was as bold as brass, and obviously had no fear of humans. At least he wasn't eating her cat!

Lol that's awesome Big Grin!

The dude in that video is gonna get eaten some night...or at the very least get some horrible disease. Those things are huge and some of them don't sound really friendly.

There's a saying around here: "Crazier than a pet coon."

There's a reason for that...

Looks like a premise for a Stephan King novel.

The problem is that people do not trap like we did in the old days.

When I moved back to VA in 1977, there where two construction workers that trapped and picked up road kill raccoons. We lived in apartments at the time.

I even stopped and picked up a few for them on the way to work when it was safe to stop. Big Grin

He might be doing an experiment to see just how good hot dogs are for you on an everyday diet. Obesity, high sodium levels, cardiovascular disease, decrease in exercise levels. You know, just like humans.

Where I used to work there was a large trash can by the main entrance. A raccoon would dump it over and create a huge mess. Using a security camera I would watch for Rocky to arrive and climb into the can. I would then go out and bang on the can with a broom until Rocky fled. One night Rocky arrived with 6 babies in tow. Rocky led the crew up to the glass door and they all began peeking in at me. This was "avoid this guy" training for the kids!
I gave up. I was outsmarted and outnumbered. We just did away with the trash can altogether.

As concerns the video; wait till one of the visiting raccoons comes down with rabies...
