I am owned by four rescue kitties; three inside and one outside. Two are Maine coon mixes. OK to feed them cooked shrimp? Usual diet is dried food and treats.

Their favorite food is Costco Rotisserie Chicken. They know the sound of the container.
+ 1 for Momma Kiki. Rarely eats fish/shrimp but loves fowl. I usually keep leftovers in the fridge as a treat for her so she spends a lot of time sitting in front of the fridge or pawing my leg to let me know it's treat time.
I did a standing rib roast for Christmas and she wouldn't touch any of it.

This ^^^^^
None of our three cats were beggers until one day I made the mistake of offering one of them a taste of what I was eating.

I have 2 indoor cats and 2 outdoor cats. The indoor cats get Purina Indoor Cat Chow and the outdoor cats get Gourmet Special Kitty from Walmart. The outdoor cats seem to thrive on the Special Kitty along with racoons, possums, squirrels, skunks, blue jays and whatever else might wander through. None of the cats like any of the wet food with fish in it. Personally, I think feeding cats shrimp on a regular basis might be too rich a diet for a cat.

I currently have 5 indoor cats and 3 outdoor ones. At one time there were 7 indoors, but 2 have died over the years. Until recently I had one regular outdoor kitty, but a family of new ones moved in and the original one has left. New family was a mom, 3 kittens, and an occasional male (father?). One of the kittens died, so now there are only 4 coming to eat in my back yard. (They get help from an occasional opossum or raccoon.)
You can see all my kitties at https://www.flickr.com/photos/...s/72157632943756937/. Currently indoor are Goldie, Silver, Smudge, Socks, and Taupe. Outdoors are Salem, Tom, Tux, and Sable. (Holstein is the kitten who died, and Mollie is the older cat who stopped coming--she and Salem don't get along).
The indoor cats get ProPlan kibble and a daily Temptations. Outdoor cats get cheap kibble and a can of wet food.
