You risk losing your oil pan, all your oil and possibly seizing your engine:

Back in the day before there was LDH "large diameter hose" that were 5" in diameter we used 3" for supply line from the fire hydrant to the fire engine.
Unless you car was a real low rider you could drive over it carefully just not at the coupling. Some departments used hose ramps.

My department was dispatched to a large office fire complex many years ago. One of our second or third due engines was coming from our station two. He had to cross a major highway and on the way the chief ordered him to drop a 3" line at the first hydrant he could find closest to the fire. When he checked the hydrant book it was on the side of the highway he was coming from so he dropped the hose.
After a while we realized no one had shut down the highway and people had been running over the hose for over an hour. At that point the fire was under control so we sent a crew to break down the hose.
We were amazes after seeing the hose it never burst. Most of the outer jacket where the cars were running it over was shredded but the inner lining never gave way.
I don"t remember if it was the older cotton jacketed hose or the newer nylon jacket hose.

We have to send a unit to block traffic going over hoses. Especially at night.

No way an SUV is going to get the oil pan ripped off from a fire hose.

More like the white car in front of the Toyota.

That Lexus LX470 has standard underbody armor, and is generally smooth underneath. I don't see where/how an oil pan could catch on a hose that diameter.

Reminds me of a small fire we had years ago where we dropped LDH across one of the main arteries in the city I work for. Our PD had the road shutdown but at one point we had one of the articulated transit buses blow past them and over the LDH which ruptured one section of it.

When stopped, the driver said this was his route, he didn't know another way around and didn't want to be behind schedule. It was another example for me of how worthless our bus system and the people who work for it are here.
