I considered what I would see and how I would react. Opening the door and seeing a woman standing there with a large bloody knife and two people lying on the floor wearing cow and chicken head my first assumption would be that a crazy lady just stabbed two employees dressed for promo purposes, Hence the response.

That knife didn't look fake and I thought I heard a distinctive shing sound the a real chef's knife makes when dragged across something. The other thing I found ineresting is the number of people wearing Chick-fil-A t-shirts. There had to be at least ten people and a few kids wearing them. Plus the balloons. A party of some sort? I'm not tolerant of party crashers.

It was "dress like a cow day" where you got a free entree if you had some kind of cow attire on, so they staffed the store more than usual to accommodate the crowds. Hence the reason the protesters chose that day.

I was in the dentist office today when the hygienist told me that one of those protesters were in the chair next door, and she was bragging about her exploits yesterday. We proceeded to discuss the situation, and she offered to give me scrubs and the doc's jacket so I could go help the protester with her filling, using the cordless drill that was out in my car.

The hygienist has a CCW and we talked about how it was possible that someone could have interpreted that stunt as an attack and possibly shot one of them.

She decided as I was leaving to go into the other room and share that information with the patient.
