In case anyone has noticed (or cared) that my presence here has been limited lately, it's because I was touring in Kenya, East Africa for 2 weeks and had limited access to the forum. I'm back home now (good to be back). I took lots of pictures.

I was in Africa last month for a few weeks. Didn't hurt my feelings to get home, at all.

I'll be the first to say it. Niger sucks.

Welcome back. My wife and I went on safari in South Africa in 2015, and it remains the best vacation I've ever been on. I never imagined that it would have been when my wife first said she wanted to go. Sadly, I don't think I would go back with the state of affairs there today.

I'm looking forward to seeing your pics.

If you get sick or have wierd symptoms, make sure you tell the doc you visited Africa.
So many wierd things come from Africa.

Might be because I used to watch 'monsters inside me' and seems like most of the people visited Africa and the doctors would have to consult with an African doctor to treat the patient.

Welcome home, flashguy!

I spent most of my Africa time in western Africa, though I did have some time on Madagascar.

I look forward to your photos.
