As Blaze noted, Bob Roll has had an amazing transformation into a seasoned professional announcer. He was a funny goofball when he first began covering the TDF. Whoever gave him a chance and had faith in him was correct and he owes them a lot. In my observation his career as an announcer has been life altering for Bob.
