Protests in favor of illegal immigrants Login/Join

I live in Arkansas,in the River Valley. Yesterday there was a protest about the illegals. These people think they have the right to stay in the U.S. What I’d like to know is how many illegals each one of the protesters wants to take home them and be responsible for their actions. And there was quite a few people there. Anybody else having these protests?

Seems like easy pickings for an ICE raid.

Several overpriced Mexican restaurants around me were closed yesterday in a "Day Without Immigrants." Didn't notice a difference...

Almost all Mexican restaurants around here are closed on Mondays anyway, so no impact. Didn't see any protests either.

They protested here in Chamblee.

The Vietnamese here are offended by them.

It seems to me that like the George Floyd “protests”, not many Americans are truly on their side. Let them continue to shoot themselves in the foot- it benefits all of us in the long run.

In little Cottonwood, AZ, there were protests. Corner of 260 and 89A.

I don’t even know what to say.

Astroturf. Paid protestors by Soros, etc.

No time to protest if you’re working a job.

There have been a few here and there in Alabama as well. Claiming that we (the gringos) are living on "stolen land". To which I would respond that they are living with stolen benefits, benefits that could go towards veterans, abused women and children, the elderly, and the homeless, etc.

I would round these protestors up and subject them to background checks, no different than a NICS that most of us have to do.

JMHO, YMMV.

There was one yesterday here in the IA/IL Quad Cities. Maybe it's pure coincidence, but they protested on the IL side of the Mississippi.

Seems to me it's like baiting a field when hunting, they gather up, send in the troops, detain them on possible immigration charges.

Send the ones you capture back to their country of origin, let the US citizens go, eventually they will learn, doing this isn't a good idea...

Any business that would close in solidarity with these protests would never again receive any of my business. We need to start hitting back with our wallets.

I'm up in NE Arkansas about 35 miles west of Jonesboro. Jonesboro had large groups blocking the outside lane of Highland Drive, a very busy road. The passersby weren't friendly with their comments. The "protesters" did themselves no favors.

Had one last Friday and another on Sat. Probably more planned for this weekend, which is going to fuck up my personal plans. Ground Zero for all this whining and crying is Upper Wacker Dr, right across from the Trump Tower.

Fuckin’ crybabies. That’s it. All I hear is their incessant whining.

Get the fuck over it!

Nothing but the “everyone gets a trophy”, and now the Mexican version of “where’s my free shit” crowd.

I don't understand the protests for illegal immigration. I don't care if every single restaurant in my town closed indefinitely. Fuck them.

It's filling out a form; paying a fee; and getting in line. It's not like we are submitting them to gladiator style challenges to enter the country. In fact the ones coming here illegally have their wives and daughters raped along the way; pay extortion; get robbed; and pay cartels exorbitant fees to begin their journey. Once here it's easier to to rape; enslave; or otherwise abuse the illegals since they are isolated from society and have to rely on unscrupulous people to get them housing and jobs.

They should be protesting for immigration change and destruction of cartels and any other groups that abuse the illegals.

There's no other illegal activity (especially one that is so abusive) that people protest for. Could you imagine groups of people protesting for rapists; bank robbers; tax cheats; burglars; drunk drivers; or any other criminals? Why do people protest for this one illegal activity? Do they just really like cartels and crime syndicates?

It's extremely confusing.

expect protests on 2/5 at your state capitol.

I don't understand why they're holding up Mexican and El Salvadorian flags at all these things, you figured they'd be pro-America if they wanted to stay.

They don't want to be Americans, they want remittance, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a comfortable life.

I hope ICE takes note of every single restaurant/business that closes for for protests and they raid them for illegal employees, then fine the ever living shit out of the companies for employing illegals.

Show up, check IDs, deport illegals. They’ll stop congregating and waving their flags.
