How else are they going to justify charging you $6 for a 25 cent cup of coffee?

No one pays $6 for a "cup of coffee" at Starbucks.

Sorry, I meant $7! Wink Razz

I'm just going by the bill I get when the wife and daughter get something from them (it's never just a plain coffee).

How about a $50+ cup of espresso? A shipmate of mine routinely goes to Starbucks and collects points or stars or whatever it is on his Starbucks app which eventually allows him to get a free coffee drink. He'll sometimes use his free drink to get a Trenta size (like 30 oz or something) cup of espresso. So 30 espresso shots. That'll get your day started!

Since I don't go into Starbuck's for overpriced crappy coffee, I can see it as a wonderful way to get the homeless panhandlers off the streets.

I've grown my beard back, I have not shaved since November, it's pretty long. I was thinking today that I should homelessness myself up and go park there with some McDonalds coffee just for the hell of it!

This is going to be entertaining to watch unfold.

Yup. I will watch with glee as miscreants go out of their way to abuse the policy. May maximum grief and lawsuits rain down upon them. Big Grin
