Wut??!! I don't care what the weather is like, if I feel like smokin' or grillin' it's on!

Loves me my Thermapen and "Smoke." Almost a day doesn't go by that I don't at least use the Thermapen.

Good weather means I won't be sticking around for 8-10 hours at a time.

I have the Thermapen MK4 model. I am now cooking by temperature, rather than time, and the results have been excellent.

If you cook and don't own one of these, you aren't really cooking.

I got the notification, I receive their emails since I bought their Smoke temperature monitoring system last year. I would love to send off for this, the temperature probe I have is slow, but it’s been an expensive month. I just can’t say to my wife, “Just $60 more.” Wink. Next time
