As a life long Packers fan who dimly remembers the late Lombardi years, I am very happy with this. He had been nominated 11 times, and his omission has been considered the most glaring oversight in HoF history. It's great to see someone make it in from a time when there wasn't a question about standing for the National Anthem or not.

I’ve never been a Packers fan particularly but I well remember and admire Jerry Kramer, one of the very best linemen of his day.

I remember the block he threw for Starr in the Ice Bowl against the Cowboys in the championship game, back when Cowboys were Cowboys, on the way to becoming America’s team before Jerry.

The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

As a kid, I met Jerry a couple of times while I was in High School in Green Bay. He was a class act. Thrilled he finally made it.

Luv ya’ Blue!

I was probably the only guy in San Diego Stadium watching Air Coryell wearing an Oilers hat. During Air Coryell years, the Chargers were good, exciting!

I watched the drafts picks, the trades, the coaching adjustment, praying for the Oilers to be as good as the Chargers, and after a few years, they were, both lousy! Confused

Good for Jerry. He is a class act and very deserving. I don't know what took so long!

"The only member of the NFL’s 50th Anniversary Team who had not been inducted to the Hall of Fame, Kramer was a five-time first-team All-Pro and a three-time Pro Bowler. During his 11-year career, all of which he spent in Green Bay, he and his teammates won five NFL championships plus Super Bowls I and II."

I'm glad he was voted into the HOF. A great player, I've never understood why it took so long for him.
