Versus one delete at a time. I want to basicly delete my entire FB posting and start new. I have watched a few U tube vids but they all have directions that dont seem to work on my desktop/cell thanks, shawn Semper Fi, ---->>> EXCUSE TYPOS<<<---

Maybe just start slamming Zuckerberg telling him you’re conservative and he doesn’t have the guts to delete your account. Shouldn’t take long. But no, I can’t really answer. Sorry

You are going to need to remember to keep politics out of apolitical threads, or I am going to present you with a strong reminder to do so. I want to think before you post, and I want you to stop interjecting politics into threads which have nothing to do with politics. I cannot stress to you strongly enough how unwelcome this is. Members don't like it, but, more importantly, I don't like it.

There are extensions to Chrome that will do this. I used one of them--I recall not which. The one I used worked by mimicking a user going through their posting history and deleting posts one-by-one, so it was slow. My guess is that's the way they all work? Plus FB never shows your entire posting history in one go, so you have to run them several times. I had to run the one I used several times over many days to get them all. The thing would run, I'd double-check to see if it got them all. I'd come back later or the next day and there'd be more. One of the multitude of ways in which FB sucks. Easiest way? Blow your entire account away and start over.

To address the question from the OP… As I recall, Facebook does not make it easy. I think you’re stuck with the “one at a time”; at least, that was my experience that were years ago, when I started to cleanse my page. Another option that would be faster is going through all your posts and simply “archiving” them. That is a lot faster than trying to delete them. Then you at least have access to the photos or the posts if you wanted them later. ___________________________ All it takes...is all you got. ____________________________ For those who have fought for it, Freedom has a flavor the protected will never know ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

Understand that if you delete your Facebook account, the info doesn't disappear right away. It gets deactivated for 30-60 days, and then eventually gets deleted. If you log back in within that time frame (like to start a new one), all your old stuff comes back. So you'll have to be okay waiting several months between the "blow it away" part and the "start over" part.
