Takeoff was shot outside of a bowling alley and deaded right there. Quavo tried to save him but now, there's no chance of Takeoff ever picking up a 7-10 split again.

If you remember, as you know you're all prone to keep track of these things, Takeoff died at a bowling alley with his friend Quavo who, thankfully, wasn't shot when Takeoff was deaded.

At last night's Grammy's both Quavo, and another friend of Takeoff named Offset, got into a fight over Quavo's planned vocal tribute to Takeoff before the In Memoriam segment. Offset was upset about it and they fought. Quavo fought back and people had to separate them. It was a serious fight and people were mad.

Just for the record, The Grammy's asked Offset to be part of the tribute but Quavo didn't want him to have any part of it. So they fought.

The cure for cancer will have to continue to wait until they can work this out. Reparations would have solved it, however.

I'm trying to find the rapper death tally website, similar to HeyJackass.com for our Chicago-based stats education.

So far, rapper deaths are trending, while deaths associated with U2, Ozzy, Metalica, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Luke Bryant, et. al., are still....single digits...combined.

Tupac, Biggie, Ole Dirty Bastard, Half Ounce, and Takeoff. The cultural void left in the wake of these tragedies have our great nation saddened and mourning. The impact of the losses is overwhelming.

Is he really grounded for good? I gots to know.
