Baltimore has the either the highest or close-to-highest murder rate for a city in the USA.
Trump has nothing to do with this problem, and Rep. Cummings has been in office representing Maryland's 7th for something like 26 years. He's routinely received 70 to 80 percent of the vote at election time.
Maryland's unemployment rate is 3.8 percent. Baltimore's is 5.1 percent. Unable to get data for Cummings' 7th District.
It's certainly acceptable to question the job Cummings and other leaders in Baltimore. To ignore the issue while calling Trump racist everyday is pure deflection.
Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.

President Trump on Saturday said that consideration is being given to designate Antifa a terrorist organization to make it easier for police to do their job.
Trump: Consideration is being given to declaring ANTIFA, the gutless Radical Left Wack Jobs who go around hitting (only non-fighters) people over the heads with baseball bats, a major Organization of Terror (along with MS-13 & others). Would make it easier for police to do their job!
Last Thursday Republican Senators Dr. Bill Cassidy (LA) and Ted Cruz (TX) introduced a resolution to the US Senate condemning Antifa’s violence and called for the “masked bigots” to be designated as a domestic terrorist organization.
“Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who ‘fight fascism’ with actual fascism, protected by Liberal privilege,” said Dr. Cassidy. “Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror.”
“Antifa is a terrorist organization composed of hateful, intolerant radicals who pursue their extreme agenda through aggressive violence,” said Senator Cruz. “Time and time again their actions have demonstrated that their central purpose is to inflict harm on those who oppose their views. I have resorted to always traveling with plastic straws in my carry-on bag when I fly out of town just in case I'm handed a junk paper straw or no straw at all when I happen to need one. Gonna replace my generic straws that I bought at Walmart with these. Perfect.

Kathy Zhu, a former Miss Michigan pageant winner, is now the newest member of the Women For Trump Coalition Advisory Board. Zhu previously had her title and awards stripped away after some of her supposedly “offensive” tweets were dug up.
Team Trump, the official Twitter account for President Donald Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign, announced the news Thursday, saying Zhu “is a patriot who has continued to stand for American values despite being stripped of her crown.”

And it looks as though the leftists who attacked her unleashed a force they had no idea was there.
They inadvertently put Zhu on the warpath, and now she has the support of major Trump allies.
This fact didn’t escape Zhu, who reacted to the news by unapologetically doubling down on her conservative views.
“I am so excited to now be part of the #WomenforTrump Coalition Advisory Board!” she tweeted Friday. “Let’s get Trump re-elected for 2020.”
“They stripped me of my Miss Michigan title due to my refusal to try on a hijab in 2018, my tweet about black on black gun violence, and ‘insensitive’ statistical tweets,” she tweeted earlier this month.
Miss World America's State/National/Chief Director accused me of being racist, Islamaphobic, and insensitive.
The email demanded Zhu censor herself by removing any photographs or text referencing the pageant.
That didn’t sit well with Zhu. In a response to the email, she made it clear she wasn’t backing down.
“Do you know what is ‘insensitive’?” Zhu wrote in reply. “What’s insensitive is that women in the Middle East are getting STONED TO DEATH for refusing to obey their husband’s orders to wear hijabs.”
“I am sure you will love to find a ‘woman’ who is cookie cutter perfect and says brainless comments like, ‘I love world peace,'” she added.
With its attack on Zhu, the pageant only created a stronger conservative fighter. Now, she has the tools she needs to take the fight directly to liberals nationwide.

Skeptics who believe a border wall will not stop illegals from entering the United States may want to look at what’s happening in Hungary.
On the day its border fence was completed, the influx of illegals entering Hungary went down from 6,353 per day to 870 the next. For the remainder of that month, illegal border crossings were steadily below 40 per day, officials said.
“They don’t even try,” a local border guard told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “We haven’t had a single Muslim migrant in six months.”
Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s pledge to stop illegals from flowing into the country appears to be a spectacular success.
Along its 109-mile border with Serbia, Hungary has built a 13-foot-high fence featuring concertina wire (barbed wire in circles). It took six months to build (July-December of 2015) and cost $106 million. It was built by contractors and 900 Hungarian soldiers.
The fence consists of three rows of razor wire with a sturdier 11.5-foot-tall barrier inside.
By contrast, the Trump Administration is hoping to build a 1500-mile fence along the Mexican border and planning to spend upwards of $15 billion on the construction, ten times as much.
And the Hungarian fence works! Before the barrier was built, in September of 2015, 138,396 migrants entered Hungary over the Serbian border. Within the first two weeks of November, the average daily flow had dropped to only 15 people.
Hungary’s 96-mile long, 14-foot tall double-line fence includes several layers of razor-wire capable of delivering electric shocks. The barrier features cameras, heat sensors and loudspeakers ready to tell migrants they’re about to break Hungarian law if they as much as touch the fence, the DC report said.
Nearly every police officer in Hungary is part of a rotation to monitor the border fence at all times.
Temporary military bases house the police while they do their rotation.
Additionally, Hungary will train and pay more than 1,000 volunteers to deploy as “border hunters”.
Illegals who are caught are arrested and dropped off on the Serbian side of the fence. They don’t get a chance to apply for asylum unless they do so at a “transit zone” where they are held in housing containers while their cases get processed, the report said.
The European Union, having failed to stop illegal entrants from coming in from Asia and Africa, has criticized and even sanctioned Hungary for its fence, citing the requirement of open borders within the EU. But Hungary rightly contends that if the EU cannot police its borders effectively, Hungary must take up the slack.
In September 2016, thousands of migrants streamed across the border every day as they made their way north to Austria, Germany and Scandinavia.
“It was an invasion,” Laszlo Toroczkai, the mayor of Asotthalom, told the Daily Caller. “Illegal immigration is a crime in a normal country. It’s not a normal thing to break into a country.”
“By mid-year it was well beyond 100,000 people who came across,” said Zoltan Kovacs, a spokesman for the Hungarian government. “You should at least have the ability to handle what’s going on.”
A country of only 9 million people, Hungarian Premier Vicktor Orbán (disclosure: a former client) notes that Hungary has a very limited capacity to absorb foreign immigrants without seeing its native ethnic population overwhelmed, ergo the fence.
Kovacs added: “You might not like it, it’s not a nice thing, but … the only way to stop illegal border crossings is [to] first build a fence, man it, equip it, and also, in parallel, build up your capabilities in terms of legal confines, legal circumstances to be able to handle what is coming.”
It’s no surprise the mainstream U.S. media refuses to report this story to the American public. Can you imagine how support for a Southern border wall would spike?
