Maybe they should stop applying for modelling jobs where they pose like mannequins.
The stupidity of these people - never stops to amaze.

She has some mental health issues. Probably from menopause.
And women are more than capable of manufacturing jobs, nowhere more evident than the hundreds of thousands in World War II.
With the manufacturing jobs we hope to bring back to the US, they should be encouraged to apply.

And all those other femufacterers who stepped up when they were needed?
Oops, beaten to the punch, thank egregore.

I worked in manufacturing for 15 years -- lead/acid batteries for cars, trucks, RVs & boats. The workforce on the floor was almost all male. We did have few ladies on the packaging line, and as quality control techs. The jobs that required moving and melting lead were exclusively "manned" by guys. Hot, dirty, nasty work. Heavy protective clothing, full breathing PPE, hard hats, ear pro, goggles. Ladies who tried those jobs lasted a few days at most.
The physical demands of certain tasks favor certain body types. Some people just don't get that.

The word manufacturing is derived from the Latin word for hand.
"It's a well known fact that the word "woman" originated back in the days of the caveman.
While making fire to harden wheels, and it requiring the assistance of two cavemen being that the wheel was heavy. A pair of caveguys were heating a wheel when a caveperson walked by. The first caveman holding the wheel, upon seeing the beautiful creature, nearly dropped it in the fire. The second caveman exclaimed: "Whoa 'man!" calling attention the the creature. And that is how men call attention to them, as a sign of danger, to this day."

Does OnlyFans count as a manufacturing job since they are creating, i.e. manufacturing, content?

Many of the best workers at my former manufacturing jobs were women. I don't even have to open the op vid to know it's ridiculous.

The women I worked with in factory jobs often exceeded the men in most departments. I was impressed when several women told the foreman off using the colorful language of the day. My great Aunt who was a member of the greatest generation worked on the line making Motorola car radios.

I've been in a much lighter (bad pun?) form of manufacturing for over 30 years. In this industry, and in the facilities I've worked in and visited, I'd estimate 75-85% of the workforce is female.
Certainly it varies by industry, market, region, etc.
But back on topic: Ms. Schackowsky made a very stupid comment there.
God bless America.
