NHL playoffs 2026
long time hockey fan. Played in H.S. and college as goalie. This has got to be some of the most intense hockey I've ever seen. The only score that matters is the last one!

Was rooting for Carolina last night only because Bussi was in net (former Bruin prospect).

Both coaches are top of the crop. They know the game and how to match the players.

I see it decided in seven!!!

Highest scoring Stanley Cup final was in 1973. 56 goals in 6 games. (Habs - Blackhawks)

33 goals through 4 games thus far. On pace to tie or break the record if this series goes 7.

Canes go 3-2 on the series, with a 4-2 win over Vegas last night.

Cool

Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around.

Pretty good series. I’d like to see Vegas lose.

Yes! Go Canes! Big Grin

"But, as luck would have it, he stood up. He caught that chunk of lead." Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Hathcock
"If there's one thing this last week has taught me, it's better to have a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not have it." Clarence Worley

Being an "early riser," I went to bed after the second period, thinking, "I'll just find out in the morning."

And I couldn't sleep. Turned the TV on at about halfway through the third period. Holy smokes, how exciting!

I had forgotten that Jordan Staal's older brother Eric had also won a Stanley Cup as Captain of the Hurricanes in 2006.

Great series. Great storyline with the rookie goaltender Bussi getting a shutout to close it out.
