I have many friends in the jewelry business, several of which do custom work. I'm always amazed watching them work. I'm glad I watched the entire video because it answered my question of "why".
The entire time I'm wondering why he didn't just cast the ring from the beginning, as it would have been much faster and involved a lot less work. "Because I can" makes it that much more awesome.
