I'm going to throw this out there. It may be overkill for what you want, but it will server the purpose very well. If you want to keep a computer for a lot of years, start with one that's more powerful than you need when you get it.

I have almost same one, more ram, better video card, Optane drive in place of SSD, Blu-ray R/W drive instead of DVD. I'm happy so far.

Funny; I ordered that same model this morning (at that price). I hadn't seen this thread, but I had been doing a lot of research as I was either going to get a desktop or a Nvidia Shield Pro sometime this weekend.
