Normal spacing double handle. Want decent quality but nothing too fancy. Might get cheap if one just works well. Don't know finish yet.

I went with Moen from Lowe's and all the other fixtures are the same design. I've heard brands from mom and pop shops are better quality, though the big box stores still sell the items with lifetime warranty.

I bought this Delta faucet, recommended in this thread.

No complaints, I'm happy with it.

I standardized on Delta faucets for my properties. Delta may not be "top of the line" stuff but are B to B+ quality and have held up well.... affordable and parts are available everywhere.

Been a Moen user for a very long time. I like the no bs warranty they offer.
Have an issue just call them up and they will get replacement parts sent asap free of charge. They will send valve cartridges and aerators no questions asked.
Had some finish issues with an older kitchen faucet that were not still made (type finish and style) and for around a $20 fee they offered several different replacement options for free.

Moen also owns WasteKing now.

I would buy at a plumbing supply house. They have the good stuff and most will sell to the public.

I went with Delta to replace the kitchen faucet and all faucets in the 3 lavatories. Everything was purchased in the online Delta website in the clearance section, saved a ton of money.

Everything in my house is Moen. Mostly purchased direct or through commercial sources - not big box.

Customer service on a couple of small issues over the years has been outstanding, and their spotless SS finish is as described.

I have a Moen kitchen faucet that is no longer in production. A part failed, I called and the nice lady on the phone got someone to find the part in a warehouse, sent it to me for free, no charge for shipping, I got it in a couple of days. They have a customer for life now.

Got a Moen. It surprised me that it replaced the normal rod operated pop up with one that is directly operated by pushing on it like I've seen on bath drains. It replaces many parts that fail due to corrosion with plastic parts that could be long lasting. Easy to clean as you just pull it out.
