That said, fuck him!
Give him adult penalties now that he is an adult.
I tell you that at 17 I knew full well the consequences of my actions and he was just short of being 18 anyway.

If the states of Virginia and Maryland review the Malvo cases, they can determine that a life sentence for Malvo is appropriate. They just have to look at the crimes and consider the fact that Malvo was under 18 during the sentencing.

Sure, but first Virginia needs a law allowing that. Don't know about Maryland.
For Virginia pre-1995 cases, 40 years need to be served prior to being eligible for parole. The SOB is in his early 30s now. So, consecutive sentences should keep him nice and warm and out of Dunkin Donuts.

Manson got the death penalty and then:
1972
Furman v. Georgia 408 U.S. 238: Court ruled that the death penalty, as applied, was an arbitrary punishment and thus unconstitutional under the 8th and 14th Amendments.
Everyone on death row got spared the death penalty.So Manson has been fed,clothed,had medical care and recreation for 45 years since the Supreme court gave him a reprieve.
