Hey forumites, Would like to know if anyone has any recipes for making seasoned combinations of rice and quinoa. Maybe even including some barley if we really want to be fancy shmancey. Such as what might be in a Healthy Choice entree or the like. Thanks in advance. | ||

I like this one. Barley Mushroom Soup In Instant Pot 1 cup barley, rinsed 4 cups vegetable broth 1 onion, chopped 1 cup fresh chopped spinach 2 large carrot, chopped 2 stalk celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups sliced mushrooms 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Pressure cook for 20 minutes and let pressure release naturally. | |||
