It's a Samsung SR-L626EV, almost 15 years old.

Was working fine until we had water entering the electrical wiring from a pipe burst. The appartment was empty and the fridge was full when the lights went out.

The contents turned to some sort of primal biological mud, the most disgusting thing i've cleaned in my adult life. SCI goo. There were plenty of maggots and flies and other unidentified life forms.

The motor and electrics work fine but no cold.

Methinks there must be a clogged pipe that causes the malfuction. Don't know where to look.

Basically, I agree with you BUT the chief electrician of the cold storage company where I work came up with the small conduit theory and that reminded me of the infamous goo i had to clean and made room for the distinct possibility something important might have gotten clogged by all the liquified stuff that exploded inside the freezer compartment.

That compartment still has that awful shit rezidue after severar thorough cleanups...

Just a theory, wanted someone to confirm but only getting denied.
Since i haven't found any duct so far, will declare the fridge fubared.

If you got 15 years out of a Samsung refrigerator you should get an award as they usually don't go anywhere close to that. Go buy a new one, as a 15 year old Samsung isn't worth fixing.

My thoughts too BUT where I live, Argentina, I 've been told otherwise. They tell me that if it's come this far without issues it might be minor fix too.

AND it's for an empty appartment, am still running on a year old income figure while inflation has been over 55% so it's definitely way down on my list of priorities unless there's a quick fix somewhere.

Been calling service repairs around and they sound clueless (generic repair call centers) and finally, the official Samsung call center even denied they had such refrigerator...
That, more or less, also gives credit to those who tell me to seek a fix outside official channels.

Fourth world countries SUCK.

Yeah it sucks. You might be better off trying to buy a used working refrigerator as parts for Samsung refrigerators are almost impossible to find here in the U.S.
