The immortal Montreal Canadiens soloist Roger Doucet took it upon himself to change one line of O Canada to "We stand on guard for rights and liberty" before a 1978 game at the Forum. His move ignited a patriotic fervor, and his version of the anthem was made permanent.
I'm no fan of canada, but when we see them grow some balls and do something good, we should support them. So I too think this is good. I did throw up a little seeing that maple leaf of cowardness....but hey, maybe they'll follow through and toss some communist turds to the curb. That'd be awesome.
I got zucked yesterday sent to 30 days of socialist internet confinement for supporting and sharing some of the Canadian trucker support memes. So they're doing a few things right, and putting the scare into someone.
