My heart goes out to them and their families at this awful time. The truck driver crossed the line and hit into them, head on. Made the six PM news here in UK, too.

As usual, Turtle Boy is on the case. Drugs, B&E, DUI, etc. This dumb fuck was a disaster waiting to happen. Prison must suck for someone who doesn’t have hair on his balls yet. That is a terrible story. How the heck would they have let him leave the scene without a blood test? Is there no requirement for that, or wouldn't there have been sufficient suspicion? Not that we were there of course. I don't see in the articles what the backup for the charges were. That's a pretty quick move to negligent homicide, they must have something meaningful, right? Mass. man charged with negligent homicide in NH crash that killed 7 ”Troopers located wax packets containing a residue suspected of being heroin in Zhukovskyy's residence, Massachusetts State Police spokesman David Procopio said. Zhukovskyy has not been charged with a drug offense, Procopio said. The residue will be tested at the MSP lab and if positive for illegal narcotic, Zhukovskyy will face additional charges, Procopio said.“ “We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. The world really is a lot smaller than we imagine. Many years ago an acquaintance of mine had a two-car crash in Scotland, almost 600 miles from home. The other driver lived in the house opposite him.

The Latest: Mass RMV head resigns over crash that killed 7 CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The Latest on a deadly collision between a truck and motorcycles in rural New Hampshire (all times local): 8:40 p.m. The head of the Massachusetts motor vehicle division has resigned for failing to terminate the commercial driving license of man whose collision with a group of motorcyclists in New Hampshire left seven dead. Twenty-three-year-old Volodymyr Zhukovskyy pleaded not guilty Tuesday to seven counts of negligent homicide and was ordered to remain in preventive detention in New Hampshire, with a judge saying his driving record poses a potential danger to the public and himself. Massachusetts Department of Transportation Secretary and CEO Stephanie Pollack said in a statement that the RMV failed to act on information provided by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles about a May 11 incident involving Zhukovskyy that should have cost him his license. As a result, she accepted the resignation of Erin Deveney. Connecticut prosecutors say Zhukovskyy was arrested May 11 in a Walmart parking lot in East Windsor after failing a sobriety test. Zhukovskyy's lawyer in that case, John O'Brien, said he denies being intoxicated and will fight the charge. ___ 11:58 a.m. A lawyer for a pickup truck driver blamed for causing a collision that killed seven motorcyclists has entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. Authorities said Tuesday that 23-year-old Volodymyr Zhukovskyy waived his arraignment on negligent homicide charges. The plea was entered in Lancaster, New Hampshire. Zhukovskyy was arrested Monday morning at his home in Massachusetts and handed over to New Hampshire authorities after a court appearance that day. Investigators say the truck Zhukovskyy was driving was towing a flatbed trailer when it collided with a group of motorcycles Friday on a two-lane highway in Randolph. Criminal complaints say Zhukovskyy was driving erratically, crossed the center line and collided with the bikes. Records show Zhukovskyy has been stopped twice on suspicion of drunken driving in the past seven years. https://www.yahoo.com/news/lat...signs-004453991.html

Thank you Very little ![]() |
This begs the question "Did MA government authorities know the guy was wanted by ICE for deportation, did they not update his CDL with his DUI from CT, AND keep his whereabouts hidden from ICE. MA government is sanctuary minded, wouldn't it be justice if MA officials were found to have concealed his whereabouts from ICE, and neglected to pull his CDL, resulting in the deaths of innocent military retirees and it resulted in the jail, fines, loss of jobs and perhaps millions in judgments against the state of MA for causing the situation that led to the accident. This seems odd to me. I get the buck stops here, but the swiftness of her departure makes me think there's more to the story. She wouldn't be personally involved in reviewing these types of suspensions, would she?

To all of you who are serving or have served our country, Thank You![]() |
I don't think they (the state) are supposed to give CDL to illegals with no green card. Might be one of the DMV & the state big problems right now. The state might be on the hook for many millions of dollars over this with lawsuits.

Leave the gun. Take the cannoli. |
The driver was a legal resident. Separately, we may never know the story at the registry. It’s quite possible she may have been having other problems and this broke the camel’s back. If Massachusetts was negligent pulling the CDL in a timely manner they may be concerned with liability. Fatalities and injuries with good lawyers could be costly.

Straight prison time isn't enough for this guy. Truck driver indicted on 23 counts in motorcyclist deaths By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS - LANCASTER, N.H. — Oct 21, 2019, 6:15 PM ET A pickup truck driver accused of causing a collision that killed seven motorcyclists in New Hampshire has been indicted on 23 charges saying he negligently caused the deaths and was under the influence of one or more drugs at the time. Volodymyr Zhukovskyy , 23, of Springfield, Massachusetts, is to be arraigned by video on Nov. 5. He has been jailed without bail since the June 21 crash in Randolph. A Coos County grand jury handed up indictments Thursday on seven counts of negligent homicide; seven counts of negligent homicide — driving under the influence; seven counts of manslaughter-reckless; one count of driving while intoxicated; and one count of reckless conduct. If convicted of all charges, Zhukovskyy could face up to 378 years in prison. He's previously pleaded not guilty. A message was left with Zhukovskyy's lawyer Monday. The negligent homicide-DUI charges accuse Zhukovskyy of driving under the influence of a controlled drug or drugs at the time of the crash. The manslaughter charges accuse Zhukovskyy of driving recklessly and swerving across the center line on Route 2. In August, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration said that a toxicology report showed Zhukovskyy was positive for an unspecified drug that made him incapable of driving safely when his pickup truck crossed the center yellow line and crashed into the motorcyclists. Zhukovskyy also said that he reached for a drink on the passenger side of the truck just before the crash, according to the report. That violation was labeled as "inattentive driving."

One of the commentors on those pages has gave an accurate description of the lowlife and his employer - "Eurotrash hiring eurotrash." As for the RMV head resigning, I hope they investigate her thoroughly. My guess is there's some corruption on her part.
