A Connecticut lawmaker was admonished for reading aloud from a pornographic book that is available to children in school libraries in the state.

During a hearing, Republican Rep. Anne Dauphinais of Danielson read graphic sexual references from the book, titled Me and Earl and the Dying Girl.

It's Connecticut what does anyone expect....

Liberals for the most part are just flat out evil and need to be out of any kind of office, period.

Many of you reading this likely have these books in your school libraries.

Reading them at a school board meeting is against policy due to the language as well. I read a few passages at a public event, giving plenty of notice to leave should you not want to hear it, and had plenty of gasps and exclamations of disbelief.

Excuse me while I belabor the obvious:

So, it's "inappropriate" to read it aloud in a public forum, but it's okay for our kids to read it in school?

How stupid - or evil - do you have to be to NOT see the disconnect here?

Because there are gay/trans kids in our schools that need this information to feel included! Or so they say.
