enidpd804Weird question for LEO
Always the county jail in which the arrest was made. There's a town to our south that sits on the divide between two counties. Their officers may have to drive to one county or another depending on which side of the street they make the arrest.

DaBigBRThe county jail where the arrest occurs here. The county is required by code to accept prisoners from the state.

jimmy123xI saw the Florida Highway Patrol arrest someone once, DUI involved in an accident on the highway. Local Sherriff's County came out on the highway and picked the person up and carted them off.
