Those are very versatile, but the rungs are narrow and rounded so aren't very comfortable to stand on for extended periods, and they're pretty heavy. Not something you'll want to be dragging around from jobsite to jobsite, but it's a good "all arounder/Swiss Army Ladder" for homeowner use (provided you don't have issues lifting weight).

I have a significantly lighter (less than half the weight) traditional 8 foot A-frame step ladder that I use most of the time, since it's easier to move around and the flatter and wider rungs are more comfortable for extended periods, but I like having the option to lug out The Beast when I need extra tall height (like when getting on the roof) or a funky position (like setting up on a sloped part of the yard).
