My wife who works HR for a home health care company is fixing to have to get stuck or leave and she isn't getting stuck.

They are multi state and are stating that Medicare is federal and all the state fights/delays are not applicable.

She works from home and has no contact with anyone in the company. All work contact is through phone, text or email etc.

She is deeply religious and truly has never take a flu shot cause of reactions in the past and family history.

She took a physical for insurance discount last week and talk with the PA/doc about helping with medical exemptions and was told they were not allowed to help.

She will most likely try the religious exemption route.

Any help for a starting place would be help full.

Thanks MDS I had seen it but it didn't surface in my search.

CMS is requiring the vaccine for ALL health care concerns. The health care concern has NO choice.
