Was he in the right neighborhood and if so/not, how did he get there? A lot of things missing from the story.

I have gotten into the wrong car before but I was not drunk. I usually park in the same area but the one time I didn't, it happened. There was the same car/color and when I thought I unlocked the doors with my remote, apparently the owner never locked the car. I sat there thinking who took my stuff until I realized it wasn't mine.

He was likely charged with PI because it wasn't his home; therefore, not private.

But, I did try to get into a running car with a driver in pouring rain. My buddy was watching me and laughing his ass off, after I had mistaken his car for another. Depending on the location that cudda got me shot.

Because the private place he was in was not HIS or a place he had the right to be. Most states statutes allow this to be used for the public intoxication statute.

This only made the news because he is the CFO. This is by no means an uncommon occurrence.

It’s the CFO but which makes it so odd.

I got in the wrong car, before - no one locked their car in that small town, and ours were identical.

I walked into the wrong apartment, in college - exhaustion in my case, rather than drinking.

But, it seems hard to believe that the CFO of Tyson lives in a cookie cutter neighborhood in a cookie cutter house.

If he were older, and it was an old house of his, that would make more sense.

I am going to guess he was blitzed out of his mind on a combination of both and could have been in Zimbabwe and still thought he was home.
