However, we did make dinner before closing at Bad Daddy’s Burgers at Birkdale Village, which was really nice.

Be sure to try Midwood Smokehouse. There are several locations besides the Birkdale one.

We are a late lunch there today, and all four of us were happy with the food. I’m sure we’ll be back in subsequent visits, and I wouldn’t doubt my daughter and s-i-l will be back even sooner.

Having been born & raised in San Diego, I'm heading East at the request of my employer.

Movers packed us up yesterday & today loaded the semi-truck. Day 1 of our drive gets us to Las Cruces New Mexico heading to Austin then New Orleans. Looking forward to visiting real gun stores & trying new foods along the way.

Family & Friends keep asking how it feels to be out of CA. I've always fought, make that voted against what I think is bad policy & bad politicians - CA is a beautiful place.

Im excited to be relocating in North Carolina!!

I am glad that you woke up in time...

Hi Sonny,
For me, it was never about waking up...smelling the roses...realizing the party's over... kind of thing.

I've always pushed back by voting against bad politicians, bad State Propositions, and bad local laws.

I've supported home-grown gun groups like CA Rifle & Pistol Association and the Gun Owners of CA with my time and $$ to file lawsuits against bad laws many of which they have won.

It may not happen in my lifetime, but CA will revert back to what it was before the Progressives came to power.
