Our RINO Governor thinks it’s a worthy idea. What the hell he is the Potatus favorite Republican Governor.

Never heard one Democrat criticize the tactic when they used it.

https://pjmedia.com/news-and-p...s-on-our-side-n58955

Maxine Waters: Harass Trump Admin. Staff Everywhere, Give Them 'No Peace,' 'God Is on Our Side!'

“Already, you have members of this cabinet that are being booed out of restaurants, who have protesters taking up at their house,” Waters declared. She praised these protesters for chanting, “No peace! No sleep!”

The congresswoman went on to attack Attorney General Jeff Sessions for quoting the Bible to defend enforcing immigration law. “While you try and quote the Bible, Jeff Sessions, and others, you really don’t know the Bible,” Waters declared.

“God is on our side!”

I'm sure AG Maura will make sure this is imposed statewide and equitably enforced regardless of who the target is Roll Eyes - even more so once she replaces Tall Deval as governor.

There have been restrictions about protests in front of residences for some time.

TMK, it was about protests in front of abortionists’ homes at first.

At a certain point, protest and free speech crosses the line into attempting to overturn elections/shuts down the ability of the surrounding area to function.

We are meant to have citizen politicians. If we are to get that back, we have to let them have personal lives.

A 1% minority, could easily make life hell, if they were allowed to protest whenever/however they want.

Agreed. If they are in public officially (rallies, conventions, things like that, at the job/office, picket, protest, stick your tongue out at them, if they are home at the grocery store, movies, dinner, etc., leave them alone.

Can't disagree with the idea, the way Trumps team was treated by people using social media to arrange teams of harassers for them going out to any event, dinner etc, that isn't free speech or in the spirit of free speech.

Leave them alone unless they are at their jobs or political events.

My idea; you can be in politics but you serve for free. No free meals everything on your own dime with term limits.

I don't think that's a good idea. That would lead to office holders who are either well to do, or are backed by the likes of Soros, Gates, Bezos, etc.

Reasonable compensation and expense account while in office, but clamp down on retirement benefits, etc.

Thats true but also thats why I included term limits. Need a rotation of people. Even people who are paid are corrupted by the likes of Soros.
Only truly ethical people make good politicians. But thats an anachronism.

Good men who work in filth and misery,, are well paid for their misery.

Politicians should be rested similarly. The cheapest thing we could do as a nation, would be to pay every member of Congress/the pres, similarly to how F100 executives are compensated.

They do a damn good job of looking after themselves already, no need to add to their coffers with more taxpayer dollars.
