NRA Board of Directors Election ballots must be in March 29 2026 to be counted. Anybody have any suggestions on who to support? I thought there was a comment on this a few weeks ago but I can't find it. All suggestions are welcome! (Ballots were in February 2026 NRA magazines.)

Other?

NRA is still sending quarterly print issues. You should have received the most recent print issue with the ballot included.

That may be for boards that are decision making only. For non-profit boards that are a working board, actually accomplishing other work beyond setting policy, 7 is awfully thin. From experience with community foundations and smaller local non-profits, when the board is doing active work, fifteen is not an unreasonable number. I have participated on boards where a seven member board would have a hard time getting the work done, have excessive turnover, or both.

That said, I’ll agree that 76 members is incredibly difficult to imagine being even remotely workable.
