Not all heroes wear capes...(Scammers get taken down)
Recently stumbled upon a YouTube channel of a guy that intentionally calls into scam centers. This activity is called scambaiting. If you've ever wondered how these scams work I'd suggest you go check out his channel called Jim Browning.
He recently had a series of videos in regards to a scam center in India that he was able to bring down. Its a 4 part series. I'm posting the first video. You can find the rest easily enough.
The last video of the series has an excellent resource to complicate the lives of the scammers from scam emails you might receive.

I get a couple of scammers on the phone weekly. The last couple of months it is mostly the Social Security Scam.
If I am not busy I try to get them to stay on the phone as long as possible.
It is scary now that the some of the new Social Security scammers have connected by cell phone number with my name. It is making it harder to drag it out.
