Cancer sucks. Stay with it and try to keep a positive attitude. We're pulling for you.
Men fight for liberty and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools. And their grandchildren are once more slaves.

BigboreshooterI got the news a little over 6 years ago. Get good doctors and follow their advice. I changed oncologists last summer and wish I had done so earlier. Prayers for you and your family.

David LeeI've lost 2 family members, marriage side of the family to cancer. The young one was only 17. Then again, myself and a friend were just talking to a man with a cancer. He took no chemo and no cutting. He's 70 and says he does pretty much the things he's always done. You get good care, find the inner strength and carry on. Keep us updated on how you are.

I echo this.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
