Do you mind sharing your build plans? I’m still looking at parts I want to put on mine, as well as figuring out a small lift.

Looks sharp!

Darkening out the lights and running boards would cut down the chrome. Shaving the emblems would be next...

I already added 33” tires which are 1” larger than stock so that gave me a 1/2” front and back.
I too only want a small lift as I need a little more ground clearance for the off-roading I do but I want to maintain or improve ride quality both on an off-road.

My current plans are to add Toytec 2.5 Aluma Series Coilovers set to 2” of lift for the front. If I find that is not enough lift I can still adjust it up to 3” of lift without having to go with a different coilover. To go that high I would need to go with an aftermarket upper control arm.

https://www.toyteclifts.com/tt...overs-07-tundra.html

They have a 2.0 that has the same height adjustability but a smaller shock body so less oil so performance will be less. For my needs 2.0s would likely suffice but having the bigger bodies of the 2.5 should give a better overall ride so I am willing to pay a bit more.

For the rear I don’t want any lift so I’ll just be adding the Toytec 2.0 rear shocks.

There is about 2.25-2.5” of rake from the rear to the front at factory height so I should still have .25-.5” of rake adding the coil overs. I don’t tow a lot so it should be plenty of rake for me.
I am contemplating adding the smallest Coach Builder rear shackle because it is really supposed to hold the bed steady on washboard type terrain. The smallest they have adds 5/8” lift to the rear and adds poly leaf spring bushings.

I am waiting to hear back from Toytec to see if at 2” of lift I need to do a differential drop spacer and extends bump stops.
If they suggest it I’ll use the Toytec differential drop spacers and Coach Builders bump stop extensions.

I have the RCI skid plate package in the garage waiting for install. Though I am waiting to hear if I need the diff drop.
If I need the diff prob I’ll wait to install the skids so I don’t have to remove them to do the diff spacers.

Still saving and trying to decide on which sliders to go with. I really want the Slees but they are some big coin.

I’ll make the decision on shaving the emblems after I get the rest done.
I am likely to remove the Limited emblem on the rear door and swap to a black Tundra emblem on the front door and leave the chrome and back 5.7 emblem alone. The all black 5.7 emblem looks terrible in my opinion.

Hey Black92LX, the chrome top half of the mirrors are equally easy to swap out.

The honeycomb grill is a massive improvement to a Tundra. Are you gonna keep the chrome wheels or go black?

Yup, just need an evening to pop them off and paint. We have been having lots of rain here.

Wheels will remain. Have plenty of other things to spend the money.
Next set of tires I may end up dropping down to 18” wheels but if I do I will get the 18” snowflake pattern wheels from a 200 series land cruiser.
I only like silver and dark try wheels not a fan of black wheels at all.
Only car I would own with black wheels would be a 1993 SVT Cobra R. Came factory with black wheels and chrome center caps before black wheels were a thing.

Thanks for the reply, sounds similar to what I have in mind. Most of my suspension decision hinges on buying an ARB deer slayer bumper and winch. The honeycomb grill is an improvement, my 2020 came with it and flat black door handles.
