For about a week now this ad has caused a baffling firestorm of controversy. I don’t begin to understand what’s going on. “Jeans” and “genes” are homophones, words that sound the same, but are spelled differently. The Left has, once again, lost its collective mind, throwing out words like: eugenics, nazism, white supremacy, etc, etc.

This morning on Varney I learned that Sydney Sweeney has a rescue dog and…the horror, it’s a GSD. So, of course it’s a Nazi dog. That was enough for me to start this thread.

Here’s the “controversial” ad

Yeah. American Eagle finally put a normal all American non woke ad out and the leftist go absolutely crazy. Refer to Jaguar ads to see how woke advertising works for you.

Also, a video emerged of her shooting. Maybe at Taran Tactical? Same place Keanu Reeves practiced for John Swick. Anyway, she can shoot as well. That should make more heads explode.

This article on FoxNews is fun, comparing Sydney Sweeney's ad to a new ad from Beyonce.

Among the great Twitter (yeah, I said Twitter, too) comments: "Hard to recognize, but this is Beyonce - with straightened blonde hair and lightened skin. If Sydney Sweeney did an ad in braids, the world would melt down..."

Sadly, the answer is probably no. But her ads are fairly clean; think of the old Calvin Klein ads with a youthful Brooke Shields way back for comparison.

Thanks for posting that HRK. I looked up her height to see if she was close to the fiancé’s height and yeah they are 1” apart in height. I said see, if she can do it, you can. She is not scared anymore of the HK VP9sk I bought her. Now she is looking forward to training. Once she watched it and saw someone of her stature, ripping it, she feels 100% better.
