Men in Black- the urban legend, not the movie series.

Men in Black supposedly exhibit odd behavior when encountering people who've witnessed a UFO sighting, so that if anyone tries to report the MIB to the authorities, they'll end up sounding like a nut case simply by accurately describing the behavior of the MIB.

Trolls sometime employ a variation of this technique, such as asking ridiculous questions, then becoming offended when called on it.

For the sake of our new ex-member, I hope he was a troll. Otherwise, God help him.

Why do all these trolls have to always say their from Texas. Yes Texas is big but we don't have that many assholes here.
