I didn’t know Ashley Babbitt had been yelling at Zachary Alam. Zachary was busting the Speakers Lobby glass panes with a black helmet. They showed Ashley punch him in the face, knocking his glasses off. Her climbing up to rush through the broken window doesn’t seem to jive with how she was acting. After yelling at and punching the man who broke the windows, why would she then have tried to climb through? That doesn’t make sense to me. My guess is, we will never be allowed to see all the video necessary for the public to make a sound judgement on what actually transpired. The DOJ’s description of what Zachary Alam did reads more like a story of events rather than a presentation of facts. But then again, I am now predisposed to question anything from the DOJ. In the documentary I saw an altercation between Ashley and Zachary. I did not see the altercation between Zachary and the Police as described by the DOJ. The look on Zachary’s face as he turned to flee after Ashley was shot, was not a look that I would associate with someone running off telling others “need guns”.
