Until Wayne gets the boot, I'm not participating.
The NRA has always had it's problems but was the most powerful and influential group for firearms issues.
Because of that we/I overlooked increasingly corrupt behavior that now threatens to suck up many of the assets and focus of the organization.
Wayne's got to go. Then we can talk.

That will really show them.

I am thinking that all of the people that have commented on this thread are voting members?
If so, maybe you should pick one or two candidates and vote for them. That is the only way I can see us getting out of this mess.
If all you do is complain about Wayne and do nothing else, he will be there until he wants to leave. I am not happy about this, but the NRA is our best hope of keeping our freedom.

The only person on the current slate of Board candidates who merits your vote is Owen "Buzz" Mills. None of the others have made any effort to stand up against Wayne and his cohorts. Virtually all of the other members, including the "celebrities" are essentially useless and either fail to even attend meetings and / or simply rubber stamp the actions taken by LaPierre, Meadows, Cotton, and Lee. Read the ridiculous resolution the Board voted to retroactively approve the ill-fated bankruptcy filing. Memebers should consider writing in the names Frank Tait and Rocky Marshall. Of course, write ins have little chance of winning a seat, as the only real path is being on the official ballot named by the "Nominating Committee", which answers to Wayne. There's a lot more info on the Savethesecond Facebook page and web site.

I threw opened and ripped up this piece of junk mail, then realized it was my NRA ballot.

Maybe they will send another, or not.

The NRA shit the bed in 2020 with almost ZERO campaign ads targeting Biden. Yeah, the NY AG is causing trouble. You would think WLP would have the forethought to get out of a deep blue state years ago. Kinda like all the gun makers in MA, CT, NY, IL and other commie states just waiting to be driven out of business. Yeah, it's hard to move a manufacturing company. Should not have been hard to move a lobbying organization, considering they actually operate in D.C.

The AG needs to be removed from the case for clear bias. Financial misdeeds of the management should not condemn an entire company or organization. It is a going concern with employees and stakeholders. Find the fraud, convict the guilty, and reorganize. That the AG wants to dissolve the NRA is pure politically overreach and malicious prosecution. But it worked, they were neutered throughout the election and that was the goal.

The NRA failed us at the moment we most needed them. Haven't heard a word from them about braces either.

Took into account folks' comments and opinions, thank you.

The ballots go to some accounting firm, it appears.

Have voted before, but there was always a level of mistrust.

WLP absolutely must go, but the firm that gets these doesn't care what we think. I've written it, before, as well.

Was most excited to vote for the Cajun gentleman, as i am biased in that regard, anyway Wink

Am also sick and tired of their constant barrage of mailings and will probably need to call again, but that also provides an avenue to once again demand an audit and getting rid of that leech.

God bless!
