Go ahead and throw Budweiser, Miller, etc. into the mix for manufacturing the alcohol and lets not forget the bars and servers that gave it to them...got to get all of them to get Top Dollar!!

I wish for ONCE our Retarded Government would actually function the way it was intended instead of this Jacked Up POS we have now!

You get the government you deserve. I bet if you poll those cities, the majority of the population supports the government’s actions, so the government is doing exactly what it was elected to do.

The insurance companies that held the policies for Remington at the time of the act elected to settle the case. The corporate entity “Remington “ no longer existed.

There is no such thing as “gun violence”, it’s violent people that happen to use guns. The solution is to get rid of violent people, but the stomach doesn’t exist to get it done. We normalize “crazy” instead of segregating it. I hope these cities get counter sued and get stuck with huge legal bills. Then the gun manufacturers should refuse to do business inside any state that lets this garbage happen.

In this day and age anybody can sue anybody for almost anything that you could dream up. ..Now the problem comes up tryin to get it pushed thru the court system to get a favorable outcome for either side. . You cannot fix or legislate morality or stupidity but they will continue to try. ......................... dtill sgt.

IMO the whoever supplies the City of Rochester with their Police firearms should inform the Chief of Police that they will no longer supply repair parts for existing weapons or any new firearms.

I've stopped counting.

Why do you think they are possibly legislating making breathalyzers mandatory in all cars, not just those of habitual offender drunks?

Sandy Hook suit found a loophole where "Remington" marketed AR's in video game like commercials and ads - allegedly to children. So it was like a simulated active shooter thing. Seeing the ads and seeing photos of the carnage after the real shooting could have been used as an emotional ploy to sway the jury and the insurance company paid out rather than get a massive judgement.
