I agree with your three and I'll add Hannity is the worst for me, can't stand 5 minutes of his voice. Laura Ingraham is almost as bad as Hannity for me but I can still tolerate her a little at a time. VDH has a podcast I've been meaning to check out, I like listening to him. | |||

I agree, Rey HRH. Although I mostly read rather than watch anyone I do watch them occasionally. I do appreciate those who question the prevailing narrative. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking questions, particularly when governments are involved. I'm forced to fund my government, but I'm not forced to agree with how they spend the money. I agree on Rush. Would love to hear what he would have to say in regards to what has taken place the last few years. He never told me what or how to think about a subject he just expressed what I was already thinking. Conservative talk after he passed was like the Tonight Show after Johnny Carson left. So, I think many people who seek such a career, are inherently not conservative... Like politicians. Most of them are inherently socialist. I do think Rogan is a great interviewer. I don't think I've ever seen a video of him expressing his own opinions. | |||

I think he's an average interviewer with a large platform, I wouldn't say he's great but he's improved since he first started; he's not going to be mistaken for someone like Peter Robinson of Hoover Institute. Rogan's schtick is he knows a lot of people due to his career as a comedian and his work as a show host. He likes a more free-form format which drives people nuts because he generally doesn't drive certain subjects that would be germane to the guest but instead lets them ramble...which can be a good thing or, drives the interview off-the-rails. | |||

I think you bring out a different but equally important point: on any important issue under debate that has not been clarified (think early and mid stages of Covid 19), I want competing ideas vying in the marketplace and let the best ideas win in their merits and confirmed by the experiences of early adopters. This isn’t a horse race where you have to bet on your favorites before the starting gate opens. Unless your ass is riding the saddle and you have a vested interest, you can wait until the winner crosses the finish line then you can start excluding the losers from the discussion.
