It is long past time for a Convention of States. The Founding Fathers gave us this tool to fix an out of control government and we need to use it.

I am guessing you are looking for a big law firm in Montana with health care expertise, a specialty area if I have ever seen one. I am assuming this is a state issue as opposed to Federal.
That is only idea I have.
