Having been on blood thinner Plavix for over a decade and recently added Eliquis (don't ask Roll Eyes), cuts of any kind are nasty bloody messes. I hit the back of my hand last week and the very small cut bleed for over 20 minutes.

And while I have decent kitchen knife skills in both use and maintaining sharpness, I've cut myself twice in the last year with my serrated bread knife. Picked up a guillotine bagel slicer to address this but feel that having some quality cut resistant gloves on hand would be a smart move.

Research so far has identified at least two candidates:
--NoCry Level 5
--Dex Fit level 5
My glove size is 8.5 (high end of Medium sizing) but my fingers are somewhat shorter than average so fit (stretch) is important.

What others have the membership found worthy of consideration?

I bought a $10 pair on Amazon to try out and can't cut through them. I have also pulled a vinyl surgical type glove over them at times to help keep them clean.

The NoCry gloves from amazon work very well. We have a couple of sets in the kitchen.

Appreciate the responses.
I rather thought the use of such gloves was more widespread and that more folks would weigh in.
Looking at ordering the NoCry gloves.

I don't have any experience with this kind of glove, but Grainger keeps dropping an ad on my work PC.

Here's a link.

Just because you can,
doesn't mean you should

You may have already thought of this but in case you haven't, a clotting first aid kit might be a good idea to have on hand too.
Something like this, especially if you were to have a more significant injury.
