V-TailI have told this one before, but 'tis the season, so I'll tell it again.
It was time for Santa's Part 135 multi-reindeer checkride, so he made an appointment with the examiner.
They completed the oral portion of the exam with no problems; the flight portion was next, so the examiner stayed in the warm office while Santa went outside to do the pre-flight inspection on the sleigh and the reindeer.
When that was done, the examiner came out of the office with a cup of hot cocoa in one hand and a rifle in the other.
"What is the rifle for?" Santa asked.
The examiner replied, "You're going to lose one on takeoff."
