Philly DA Larry Krasner's lunatic policies don't seem to be working too well. Three dead so far on day one of 2020, and the day isn't over.

A man was shot and killed in West Philadelphia about noon Wednesday and two other men were killed in another shooting in the Frankford section a couple hours later in a deadly start to the new year.

None of the three men, two in their 20s and the other 41 years old, were immediately identified by police.

The first victim, the oldest of the three killed, died after suffering bullet wounds to the chest and back at 11:57 a.m. along North Hobart Street in West Philadelphia, police said.

Nine shootings in Detroit since Midnight. One fatal, eight injured.

EDITED....appears to have been a second homicide before midnight.

We had no calls at all after midnight until 5am. So our first call for the year was a shots fired call that turned into a homicide.

Not minority enough!

Philly needs to change their motto, as there appears to me no more brotherly love. How did we let things get this far? Very sad state of affairs.

At least 30 years ago, my father- a Philadelphia native, described it:

"Lots of brothers. Not much love."

Any bodies found in "Nicetown-Tioga", a Philadelphia inner district?

Worse crime ridden district in Philly.

Just read where several of our violent major cities are reporting a drop in homicides. NOLA being one example.
Funny how they never report the stats of Felony Assault, Aggravated Assault or Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
