With the thread about the heat wave sweeping over the country and what temps are being felt in your area, getting a thermometer for the backyard might be a good idea. Checking the smartphone is easy but, would be nice to know what my backyard is registering at.

Anybody have a model they like in their yard? I could easily get a basic model, sterile and functional or, find something with a bit more touch and style. What do you have or, like?
