Hey Dave!
I imagine you are extremely busy with the holidays, so I appreciate any help or guidance you would be able to provide!
The problem I have is that my wife cracked the crystal on the watch I bought for her...from you. It is a Citizen Eco-Drive. Are you equipped to fix it? Any chance you could point me in the right direction if not?

Have you tried emailing or calling them directly? I'm thinking you'd get faster attention than hoping he sees this thread. Just a suggestion.
