Looks like I’m going to be purchasing a Beeman R9. The scope I’ll be using for now will be a Leupold 3-9x40 with a 1” tube. What do you guys like for scope rings? I’m interested in 11mm rings not a full rail. Id like to eliminate potential problem rings up front but I’m trying to keep the cost reasonable so let’s say up to $50

Putting a firearm scope on an air gun can be a mistake according to these guys.

An air rifle scope is special because it can withstand the unique vibration and double recoil of an air rifle. NEVER PUT A FIREARM SCOPE ON AN AIR RIFLE.

Thanks Flash, I had heard that before and emailed Leupold. I was notified that all Leupold scopes are designed to withstand the harsh recoil from spring guns. Including my 18 year old Leupold.
