I have some information regarding his absence. He posted on another board his current situation along with some updates and I asked if he wanted me to share the info over here and he thought he may have done it from another place but thought it was a good idea to update, thus the purpose of this thread.

So here goes. I’m going to copy his posts and date them. Please keep him in your prayers as he recovers and goes through therapy. I’ll continue to update this post as I get info or until he can log into the forum and post.

i fell on 3 jul and broke the humerus in my left arm. have been in several hospitals and rehab facilities ever since. typing with one hand tricky. lost link to here and just found it. bummer!

thanks for all responses. break was said to be not major and no operation or cast. arm in sling. hoping for re-exam tomorrow.

update: had xray at orthopedist today and the verdict is good. it's healing well and i'm going to begin range of motion therapy of the arm.

Hi, roadkill!  I may have done that from one of the other places, but an update might be nice.

I saw the orthopedist yesterday and had an x-ray.  Was told it's healing well and that I can start range of motion therapy on it (losing the sling).  Other therapy going ok.

Sure enough. I guess that’s what he meant by he thought he shared info. I guess his current rehab has sigform locked out on the Wi-Fi.

I wish him the best and a speedy recovery!

He is a great guy, met him for dinner once when I was on a business trip. Hope he is continuing to improve.
