That all changed quickly. Got lucky and found a close out on fifteen52’s TurboMac HD!

$430 shipped for a set of $1300 wheels was very difficult to pass up. Fifteen52 makes a solid wheel from all I have read. Put larger A/T tires on the factory wheels when I bought it in July so I’ll just swap them on over same with my TPMS and sell my factory wheels to make up some if not most of what I spent on these wheels.
Can’t wait for them to get here. Same with Black Friday as I have my suspension setup picked out just hoping for some deals!

I had not planned on it. Was happy spending the money elsewhere.

Doing some more reading turns out these particular wheels were designed by Ken Block and they were on the Hoonigan Truck in Gymkhana 10 and on his Raptor.
So I guess they aren’t too shabby. Though I am guessing his differ slightly from the mass produced wheels.

When a deal pops up you gotta be ready to move.

Jumped on a deal for a Kawasaki Mule 3010 diesel and had it delivered today. We've been looking for a UTV for the farm as we are settling in and the owner of the local Kubota dealership called me about this Mule he took in on trade - only 450 hours, in great shape. Windshield, roof, door kit, LED lightbar on front - delivered for $6K. Couldn't pass it up.

It was going to be Feb or Mar before he could get the basic model Kubota we were looking for and it was going to be at lease twice as expensive. Easy decision.

Sometimes deals pop up that you just can't refuse!

BTW: The Kawasaki dealership had no ETA on orders - if you wanted anything other than the few they had on the lot he said expect a minimum of 6 months and he thought it would actually be longer. The 'bota dealer checked inventory of every dealer within 300 miles to try to find what we were originally looking at.

You and your wheels...

They look great. I wish I could do fifteen52s on my Taurus.

You should keep your stock wheels.

Not saying I don't like the new wheels.
But you never know if the stock wheels would come in handy.

I'm adding LED bulbs to my 18 TRD offroad Taco.

Sweet wheels. The take off's should be easy to sell. I bought some off one of the Tundra forums a while back to run my winter tires on.

Folks like to poke fun about me and wheels yet this will be the first set of aftermarket wheels I have bought.
All my other vehicles have had factory wheels. My 92 Mustang had aftermarket wheels when I bought it but those have since been replaced with the factory Pony wheels.
My 98 Mustang had factory Bullits on it when I bought it and traded those to factory 03/04 Cobra wheels.
My 2000 Silverado wheels had corroded lips so I was slowly loosing air and I put a set of factory 2010 Silverado Wheels on it.

Fifteen52 seems to be pretty heavy in the Porsche/VW world as well as the Ford Focus and Rally world thanks to Ken Block I would presume.
The off-road truck world seems to be pretty fresh for them.

Do they not have any wheels for the SHO bolt pattern.

For $400 bucks it would have been silly not to grab them since they are better designed for off roading that I plan on doing than my factory wheels.
When I got tires when I bought the truck I went up to 33” tires and only mildly aggressive Michelin LTX A/T2s as they were on close out to saving me about $200 on the set. I am afraid I’ll want to step up to a more aggressive AT like the Cooper Discover STT Pro for looks. Thankfully I don’t think I’ll out wheel these tires so they’ll likely stay.

I added yellow housings and yellow LED fog light bulbs a few months back and they look great.
I will be adding the newer Tundra black housed LED OEM headlights sometime in the near future.

IIRC, your Tundra is 'red'? That'll be a nice contrast.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the 'beadlock' bolts in the rim & that was one thing (along with $$) that kept me from really looking at aftermarket wheels when I had the F150.
